Mr. Higgins, I have read every one of your books and enjoyed them immensly. However, I am currently reading “The Killing Ground” and have found the writing style to be different from all of your previous books. Has someone else written this book or, in fact, have you changed your style? I enjoyed your previous style much better.
i agree at first thought i had read it before as it reminded of a couple of outher books, but still great.

(Just thought I sent this request). I wonder where Jack got the name “Samson” (in Thunder Point), particularly with respect to his reference that the “Samson” group had holdings in las Vegas as well as L.A., and that island in the Caribbean and so on.
There may be a big coincidence there, or maybe some kind of story that mixes facts, with his novel. Dunno. Any way to find out?
