Are there any problems in pasting tiles over an existing mosaic floor? Now, the flooring of my house is mosaic. I want to lay vitrified tiles instead. One contractor assures me that the tiles can be pasted over the current flooring. The height of the doors might have to be reduced by a few cms. Another contractor says that it is better to break the current floor and then lay the tiles.
